Governance Code
It contains the provisions that must be followed by the General Meeting of Shareholders, the members of the Board of Directors, registered agents, statutory auditors including their assistants, auditors, employees regardless of their type of employment contract, temporary or contractor employees, liquidators, and in general any person who advises or provides services to the company. This code has been adopted in compliance with the provisions of the corporate bylaws of Promigas and applicable regulations of the securities market, to ensure the respect of the rights of all shareholders and other investors in the securities it issues.

Promigas is committed to implementing the highest environmental management standards to ensure that its activities identify, avoid, minimize, control, and, should these not be possible, restore and compensate any possible impacts of its operations on the environment by applying the mitigation hierarchy to achieve, as far as possible, the no net loss of biodiversity.
