Collective Relations

All our collaborators can partner to assert their rights within the parameters established by Colombian law and international treaties. The company guarantees spaces and channels for an open and respectful dialogue to build relationships of trust.

The company meets regularly with the collective bargaining committee to validate compliance and reach agreements that benefit employees and employers.

Management of working hours


The company anticipated the reduction in working hours and currently has a schedule of 42 hours per week, although current legislation provides for a maximum of 44 hours (cut 2025). The company complies with the regulations for overtime settlement and payment, as set out in our internal policies and procedures. Similarly, in our Internal Labour Regulations and the Policy on Disconnection from Work, the company sets maximum working hours.

Vacacion management 


The company complies with labor law for vacation pay, and has a policy that workers cannot accumulate more than 25 days of vacation at the end of each year.

Labor practices with our workforce


Our company strictly complies with the current labour legislation, ensuring respect for workers' rights at every stage of the employment relationship. This includes the fulfilment of legal obligations relating to recruitment, working conditions, working hours, benefits, consultation and notification in reorganisation or dismissal proceedings, as well as any other duties laid down by applicable law, both in our operations and in the corporate and supply chain processes involved.

As for our outsourced workforce, we have a program to verify compliance with labor, social security and parafiscal obligations by contractors of the Pr​omigas portfolio. This program includes not only a desk review, but also deals in detail with the verification of forms of compliance, and reviews calculations and payments.

Harassment procedure​

Promigas counts on a procedure for the prevention, identification and intervention of alleged cases of workplace and/or sexual harassment. The objective of this program is to provide guidelines or policies on healthy, safe and respectful work environments for our employees, through the promotion of a positive social interaction and the zero tolerance of discriminatory behaviors and/or those that constitute workplace and sexual harassment in all the companies, reporting mechanisms and disciplinary sanctions in case of this type of behavior. Diagnosis: Work Spaces Without Harassment

A diagnosis was made through ELSA (acronym in English of Work Spaces Without Harassment), which is a comprehensive tool that helps companies to respond preventively to workplace sexual harassment.
