Psychosocial Risk Factors
This measurement allows us to know how our employees perceive and relate to their work environment, and the adverse effects they may have on their health, such as satisfaction, stress and burnout.
The variables analyzed are the following:

- In 2024, a measurement of psychosocial risk factors was made, obtaining at the corporate level a moderate risk result against intraoccupational stress.
- The study involved 87% of the planned employees.
- The national government’s psychosocial risk assessment kit was used for the measurement.
- At the general level, a presentation was made to all leaders and a set of integrated tools for strengthening climate, culture and intra-labor psychosocial factors focused on three pillars: promoting healthy environments, Strengthen leadership and promote work balance. Priority groups, identified as high and very high risk, were involved.
