In 2024, the main challenge was internal mobility; the exchange of talent among affiliated companies and business areas strengthened our organization, thus contributing to the management of knowledge, retaining key talent of critical business positions and people with high potential, reducing the business curve and promoting knowledge and growth among our employees aligned with their career line.

This year we had 313​ new vacancies. Moreover, 50,8% of the vacancies were covered by internal staff (internal promotions, horizontal transfers within each company, and transfers among companies), this is based on staff merit, suitability and performance.

The summer internship program was also launched in order to attract talented young people who can bring new ideas, knowledge and perspectives to our organization.
