Pursuant to the requirements outlined in ISO IEC 17025, Decree 2269 of September 16, 1993, resolutions 2005 and 2009 of January 31, 2005 and the Unitary Circular issued by the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce, Promigas has a complete metrology laboratory accredited to calibrate instruments in magnitudes of manometric pressure, differential pressure and temperature.

Thanks to this accreditation and the sustained development of a metrological management system, Promigas is able to guarantee the effectiveness and traceability of its measurements, to ensure the quality of its processes and to protect the interests of its customers and the general public.

Together with the company’s metrological assurance plan, the laboratory helps to control the activities of maintenance on equipment used to measure the critical variables of the natural gas transmission and distribution system, thereby ensuring effectiveness  and reliability that availability when needed.
